    other individual and team sports

Beth has also previously served as a strength and conditioning coach for Sam Houston State University Rodeo.

Her approach is built around developing more than strength. Beth trains athletes to produce, absorb, and redirect force in the positions, directions, and speeds their sport demands. Her methodology integrates strength, multidirectional movement, speed, power, deceleration, reactive ability, mobility, tissue capacity, and durability—with the goal of building athletes who don’t just perform well in the gym, but can express those qualities when competition becomes fast and unpredictable.

Beth’s background is also unique within the performance field. Before building her career in strength and performance, she pursued pre-medical studies and music. Her science background helped shape an analytical approach to human movement and performance, while her musical background developed an appreciation for rhythm, timing, coordination, and pattern recognition—qualities that have a powerful connection to athletic movement.

That intersection of science, movement, rhythm, and high-performance coaching continues to influence the way Beth develops athletes and coaches today.

GRIT Athletic Training & Return to Sport was created to address one of the biggest gaps in athlete development: the space between traditional physical therapy, traditional strength training, and actually being prepared for the demands of competition.
